Real estate is simply the case of buying and selling of landed properties. Have you ever been in a situation where you got into a dispute as a result of buying a land or landed property that has a court case without your knowledge?

Fortunately, I have never been in a real estate dispute before. I try as much as possible to get all the necessary details before buying so that I won't get dragged to court and still end up losing my money.

I didn't have one, but when my friend decided to buy a small piece of land, he did it without experts and just took his word for it, but when he decided to build a house, it turned out that it was impossible to do it there, and when he tried to explain it to the seller, he said that the money will not return, and he himself did not know this.
