RE: How can you identify scam real estate investment? - Smokey - 10-01-2023 I actually get phonecalls from so called 'real estate agents' looking to buy my house, despite it not being for sale. RE: How can you identify scam real estate investment? - deucher - 12-29-2023 I also once wanted to invest in a project in which I wanted to build only my first apartments and they gave investors very good conditions and I thought that it was very cool and I could try very well, but somehow I happened to know an acquaintance who told me about this project that they only wanted to collect funds and to close the project by killing all investors. Therefore, you should never believe in big profits. |
