Owning a real estate always look the dream for a lot of people. This makes me wonder if there is a guarantee of ROI when one invests on real estate?

Yes, real estate investment isn't like any other investment. You're sure of your Return on Investment once it's due. It's why I don't joke with real estate investment. It's an investment that gives you peace of mind.

I believe that there's a good profit in real estate investment. The most important thing is for you to invest in a good project that's going to been interesting for people to buy into. It's the only way you would be able to make money from it easily.

This is very important. Investing on a project that the rest of the people will find worthy to buy in the future. It makes a whole lot of difference especially when you take a look at the possibilities of getting quicker returns when you want to sell.
